Where do I find my Customer PIN?
Your customer PIN is a 4-digit number that was created when you initially signed up for Fidium service. You can find your 4-digit number on your first bill.
Customers who ordered after April 09, 2025, may not have a PIN. You can make a payment through the Fidium Insider customer portal.
